Director of Operations

After his studies in Delft, engineering kept flowing through his veins. Has the capability of aligning people and processes continuously while retaining motivation. Is forceful and people-oriented.

In addition to guiding the operational and commercial processes, he is a problem solver and number cruncher. Has a passion for photography and for all of the chores in and around the house.

Keeps his body fit by cycling and running and can also be found often at the football pitch, where he likes to watch his sons play. Together with his wife, they save beautiful moments instead of money.

Thinks about and loves technology in the broadest sense of the word - and did so as a kid. Has the passion to do everything “just that little bit” better and considers it a challenge to work on the best possible solutions together with others.

In addition to mechanical technologies, is particularly involved with guiding all the processes associated with this. Anything involving sound, images and “practical” functionality - with or without a power cord - captures his interest.

Can be found on the sidelines of the football pitch, hockey field or tennis court during the weekend watching his kids play. Loves socialising and pleasure, whether or not combined with good food and drink.

Got involved in engineering immediately after his study of industrial marketing. Builds and maintains long-term collaborations with clients and focuses on the inflow of new projects. Loves his work and get energy from it.
