Dear partner,<\/p>\n

We like to announce that we have changed our company names by 1 October 2020. The new company names are chosen to find more alignment and unambiguity in our name recognition with our increasingly international clientele.<\/p>\n

The new name of Boers & Co Fine Mechanical Industry is Boers & Co Precision Machining<\/strong>. This gives expression to the high-quality production of precision mechanical products by means of the machining processes we carry out.<\/p>\n

Boers & Co Sheet Metal Industry will be renamed Boers & Co Precision Sheet Metal<\/strong>. High precision products made from sheet metal. Here we make individual precision parts or complete enclosures.<\/p>\n

Boers & Co MechaTronica Industrie becomes Boers & Co Precision Mechatronics<\/strong>. The assembly of mechanical precision and electronic components into a semi-finished or finished product.<\/p>\n

The group name Boers & Co FijnMetaal group becomes Boers & Co Precision Solutions<\/strong>. \u00a0‘Solutions’ is what we offer our customers. The word precision is added to indicate that these are high quality and high-tech precision products.<\/p>\n

There is no effect on contracts and agreements previously concluded with us.<\/p>\n

All other data such as trade register, VAT numbers, addresses and telephone numbers remain unchanged. The existing digital addresses will continue to exist in the coming period in order to make the name changes as smooth as possible.<\/p>\n
